American Drug Testing, Inc. specializes in the development of an employer’s drug and alcohol testing policy for DOT and Non-DOT companies.

It is important that any company which tests for drug or alcohol use including pre-employment, random, reasonable suspicion or post-accident testing have a written drug and alcohol policy.  Failure to have a written drug and alcohol policy could provide potential liability for an employer who conducts testing without a written drug and alcohol policy in place. The DOT requires a drug and alcohol policy when an employer has more than one covered employee regulated by 49 CFR Part 40.
